I had a nap on a hot summer day, I dreamt of a warm breeze. I could feel it's touch as I slept in the cozy filed of yellow flowers. Soft blew the pedals, the scents and the bees. I did not want to wake, but to stay in the sea of Summer.... I had fallen asleep in my recliner and the warmth and breeze, not to mention the scent I felt as I had been snoozing was from my fat overweight cat, Spaz, who was napping on me!!! LOL! He smells like fish, not flowers! I used Corel software, Jasc, and Microsoft Picture It 10 to create this painting,then manipulated it.

First sight: my country today. 36 centigrades! Uufff...!!!

Artist Reply: Thank you Armando! I'll keep my dry heat of 115 degrees F, and you can keep your humidity! I will be traveling on vacation in a few weeks and will get a good reminder why I like living in a desert. I can walk around and go on errands and not break a sweat out here. Not so with a humid climate in the heat. You can feel the pressure of the humidity as well, nope, don't miss it at all!

Artist Reply: Thanks Corry! Today I am staking out some Prairie Dog Bandits that are heising as many pieces of dry dog food as they can away while my lazy dogs are snoozing inside due to the heat. Will post later. I have to go stick my camera out the doggie door like an idiot to spy and hope for some good captures.
