I've always loved dragons and have seen them come into the human consciousness more over the past years. Most of my dragons are Asian influenced and have between 3 to 5 toes on each foot. Fire Dragon was painted on a large piece of watercolor block paper - 18 by 24 inches - which is always more difficult in watercolors - and I felt very inspired and in a trance while making it.
