Original Size: approximately 81/2" x 11" This is a cartoon/comic character design I did for a story idea I was toying with. I designed the lady with 1950's style pin-up work in mind, as well as the vivacious Marilyn Munroe. Women come in all different shapes, sizes and colors (and the variety is beautiful, by the way...!), but I admit to being partial to buxom, 'thick, well-figured ladies. Today, Marilyn Munroe would be considered 'fat' by some, which to me is just crazy! There's nothing quite like a sexy, robust, hourglass figure!

Yi haa, finally, a man who's not afraid of meat on bones instead of jsut bones rofl. This is more my figure, lol. Now I don't feel so bad having read your comment hehehehehe. Way to go my friend!

Artist Reply: Thanks a million, Tahnja. I think people are so bombarded by the images we see coming from fashion magazines and Holly"weird" that woman just feel they don't look good if they are over 90 lbs.!!! I think buxom woman are glorious! I love curves... ;)

Shes Yum!... And thank you Richard, I really like your read up on this. We voluptous woman are not often appriciated for a fabulous curves on or of paper. Beautiful.

Artist Reply: Glad you like her...And your most welcome! Vivacious, buxom woman are THE BEST! It really irks me how the advertising numbskulls only display stick-figured women to sell their stuff, and perpetuate an unrealistic image. Don't get me wrong; thin girls are pretty, but so are the vuluptious babes...even MORESO to me!!!

Artist Reply: Thanks! I did a bunch of these type of cartoons in different varieties and in several, casual poses and outfits (redheads, blonded, in long dresses, shorts, casual wear, etc...) to see where it could go.
