WOW Ginger!! How did you create this? I wouldn't know where to start! Simply Stunning.
Artist Reply: Really quite simple. I used Delta's Mainstays acrylics for this technique. More liquid acrylic than in the tubes. I covered my canvas with ordinary acrylic house paint and didn't let it dry, then while wet, I applied lots of green, blue and purple liquid acrylic paints and finally dribbled more white acrylic paint all over the painting. As the house paint dried into the liquid acrylic colors, it created the designs you see, some small, some larger. The only problem with this technique is that it's difficult to control but if you take it slow and carefully apply each color, sometimes on top of another color and then the white again, most of the time it comes out as desired. Thank you very much, Natalie, for the nice compliment!
