Excellent depiction of this age old friend...I love the colors and the eye like darkness held within...Reminds me of Simon and Garfunkels' song..."Sounds of Silence", "Hello darkness My Old Friend". this is Top Work...Beautiful, composing and textural qulity too...Happy Easter Blue!

I think your choice of colours is perfect, it gives the work mystical vibes. But I see so much in this piece that I could write a book on it. As for the dream about not beeing able to sleep, wow! That's heavy, I hope it gets better for you Bluemoonshadow!

Weird and fascinating. An insomniacs dream? Good spooky feel to it. A waking nightmare? I can see ice covering a forest scene and an eye in the night.

Artist Reply: Thom, I think at this point, I might need a 2x4" bord to get me to sleep...lol ohhhh I am doing some neat stuff at the framing school right now... my mind is in full gear... Let's have fun doing the "Pendulum of Time" with neat frames too, huh?? ;)

That is rough Kieko, but at least a beautiful piating as come of it. It looks a little like a womb, you couldn't be wishing yourself back in one could you? I love the colours and the dramatic feel.
