Artist Reply: I am the fairy queen! They've been my favorite thing since I can remember. I had a corner of my wall at my parents' house dedicated to them. It was called fairy land, and it had all sorts of magical things in it. I had made the whole thing out of different types of paper and glued it to the wall. I even strung up some fairies to the ceiling. it was beautiful. I took it down when I went to college, and I don't know where it went. I wish I still had it. My little sister (she's 9) asks me for it all the time. Eventually, illustrating children's books is what I would like to spend all of my time doing. It's always been my dream to do that. As for the kids, I don't have any yet. But, you can bet that when I do, their rooms will be covered in my fantasy art!
