STOP the ATROCITY!

(c) 2006 Elton Houck I could wright a long diatribe about what the meaning of this work is, but I think it would be better to see if my artist friends will offer up their own interpitations. I will only say that the title should be the starting point to discvovery. The painting was done on 8" X 10" cold press bristol with acrylics, enamel paint pens, colored pens, gel pens, felt markers, and crystal clear high gloss enamel sealer.

ELTON HOUCK subway art. pop, abstact, outsider artist..

Just THINK: without the paranoia in high places all needs would be met on EVERY common ground; and the sparks of delusion spoiling the need for spoils is surfacing as a sinking ship. Let us hope that it does not get wore beforeit gets better!!!

different interpretations, lots of symbolic meanins could be connected with the art of what status means...

Powerful with a great message Elton!!!

Artist Reply: Thanks Analua...I accidently deleted Reba's message when I meant to hit the reply button...This is a sign of POLITICAL CORECTNESS taken to its extremes, and of various interest groups taking their views to the extreme...We are at a stage in history where in corporate America, the bosses are advised not to say "good morning" to their staff, lest they violate their employee's space and a lawsuit is put forth for harrazement. So it is not only possible but probable that some group will chamnpion the plith of the lowly worm...But alas, lest we forget the worm has the final word...and he will yet feast upon the carcases of the bird...and man. What fools we mortals be!

Very cool Elton. Do night crawlers count? I must use them for fishing.
