Which is the secret to do this? I'm jealous...!!!

Artist Reply: Silly Man! First this is a painting, you know that and then second though, you most likely know that the lights are Flares added one by one...You have to go back and forth and add each one separately in a process of settings that takes awhile. Photoshop 4.0 is the program I used. It does not have the advantages of many of the other advanced updated software...but it is all I have right now. It took me at least 8 hours to insert all those stars. It can be frustrating because a little arrow is used to place them on a tiny screen that might be a forth the size of this image you see here. Sometimes the stars don't fall in the exact place you might want them and then you have to remove them ... It made me want to scream a few times. LOL! But maybe you all ready know. You most likely do. I think you have used flares before as I recall. Anyway Thanks for making me smile. Have a GREAT Day!! R Man DOOO! Blessings to you!!! Sincerely CB
