Elton!!! I hope so! I have always loved Jerusalem and all the people there. All the People there and everywhere ...I try to love. Really. I have prayed for Jerusalem for many years..and The Jewish People are a love of my heart ..even though I am a Christian and believe in Christ as the Savior of the world and the King of Kings! There I said it!!! I do not apologize. Everyone has a right to think the way they want about God, he gave free will but, war anywhere is a wrong thing...I wish there was not any killing or fighting too and am not in control of what our President does or any King of this earth. So I just try to love as best I can and pray for mercy for all...I commend your efforts Elton...God bless you and multiply your love and anoint your spirit. I know Christ is real and that he lives and loves and shall never die...You have done a great thing...I leave all people to peace and the freedom to live but, pray we all seek truth and love...Godspeed Elton!! I love you. Sincerely CB

This has stirred much emotion to many as I read other artist replies. I read Nira's & John's comments as well as all other comments..What I am going to say is not intended to offend anyone, just my thoughts. I have seen life. I have seen death. I have seen & see some live with a passion of their gift of life. I have seen & see some live life with hate & malice. I have seen things I never want to see again. I have seen things that I wish I could see again. I have seen people quest for peace, love & harmony only to face hate, & judgment. I have & will meet many people regardless of background or color or origin, I just look into their eyes to see them as who they are. Every one of us have been given many gifts. I am thankful for anyone that would promote peace & understanding though their gifts. Someone once said to me a very powerful statement. There is a little good in the worst of us,...a little bad in the best of us,...who's to say whose who is the best of us. My best to all!

It seems you have stirred many emotional feelings with this piece of artwork.. and I am stirred as well by the comments you have received here. Art is the only genre that can do that.. and people can really pour themselves into. I also believe that Jesus is coming soon.. yet we are witnessing the antichrist spirit and it's all around us. God bless Jerusalem and cover her in these times of sorrow! God bless you Elton!

Brave man Elton! (and John and Nira too bless her!) Is any 'cause' really worth the blood sacrifice of little Israeli and Palestinian children (and indeed any children suffering the consesquences of other conflicts around the world.)I think not. This image is a very powerful symbol Elton.
