Artist Reply: Hi Sharon, This painting was made a few days after the death of my mother, what i {think} it is. This is a old man leaving his town that he loved after its been bombed/burned down and its only him and his dog that struggle to walk down the road away from his past and life....

Artist Reply: H Nelly, Thanks so much for the kind comments, this painting was done a day or so after my mother passed away.. I was in some strange place and this painting came out of that event.. The title say's it all and the colors reflect how i was feeling. that old man was leaving town after it was destroyed by war and its just him and the old dog going God knows where....
