This is a late in coming companion piece to 'The Dictator'. There is a specific meaning to these to painting that I had intended, but I like to leave them open to interpretation so I won't elaborate. They are meant as a pair, and I think they are more effective that way. This was my major art project for grade 12 art class. Enjoy, and comment!
