The shadows on the hillside from the clouds above, look like ghostly shapes sweeping into the abandoned town (to me)... The perspective and timing of the photograph is perfect! Great atmosphere.. love the 'wind blown, tumble-wind' looking landscape, and the wonderful colours.. Outstanding work Fiona, and the rest of your portfolio is WOW too!! You do such Excellent work! :o)

Nice vanatage point on this shot. I fish up in that area almost yearly. Late September if you're lucky there will be just a little of snow and a whole bunch of the fall colours.
