4th in a series of human attitudes that I am completing. 44"x44" oil on canvas completed in approximately 129 hours... I love to hear your interpretations of my abstracts so please take your time and tell me what this painting says to you. This image has been sensored - hense the odd looking Sphere over the breast... I am sure you can imagine :o) This painting symbolizes the attitude of confidence... She stands before the world naked and vulnerable and does it without fear or aprehension. She holds her confidence in her hands as a light that guides her through life. Because she is so confident, she achieves much in her life and is in harmony with life... Life is symbolized with the Spheres that are constantly in motion around her and around us all. The Flowing colors show the liquididy of life and the passion that is present in us all. The large Orange Sphere on the left represents the confidence of a person that is not being nurtured. The way it is cradled within the liguid show how fragile one's confidence or self esteme is,,, it is sitting in space to show that there is no limit to what one can achieve with the support and encouragement of those around them.
