This image is an original pastel painting on red watercolour paper, size 50 cm / 70 cm , framed , signed and dated by me the artist , artwork is protected by copyright , done with the feeling and imagery from my time spent at the wonderful island Madeira where I saw this great kind of flowers thousands over thousands , it was so amazing ! Kerstroos, we call it. I'm wondering, do you paint such a beautiful flower just because you're inspired by what you see, or do you use a reference picture? When I see all those wonderful free lines I've got the feeling I see your joy.
