This is brilliant all the way around, clever concept, excellent use of light and shadow, strong focal point, fine perspective. I'm definitely voting for the cat!
I seriously thought this was a photo when I saw the thumbnail. You've got the effect of light on wet cobbles just right! I think that cat gets out of the way.
nice depth work on the bricks - this is an interesting peice to look at and I bet both wins as the cat jumps out of the way right before the driver thinks of swerving!
Well what an innvocation! Interesting question you pose. I am not optomistic ususally but in these cases I would say that the cat and the driver can come out unscathed or I hope so. Kitty can leap across or driver can apply the brakes. I don't forsee diaster just a warning for all to think about where they are headed and going...I love the symbolism you put into this piece. Interesting sense of creativity. Great the way you pull us into your work!
