Sunrise Hall

This was an image captured in an instant that would never be repeated. The sun was streeming through every part of this hall early in the morning. It turned out really good. What was ironic about this is the name of the place it was taken was Sunrise Hall. It was the student dormatory for the Art Institute. This was probably the only moment where it actuly looked nice. The students had nick-named it Sunrise Hell.

If you tilt it a bit more, it might convey the Hell part a little better. Of course, a twinkie and a broken windshield would work even better. Erica Flemming would work best. -K

I love the tones although I feel like I'm sliding off frame a bit. The feeling of vertigo does lend itself to the alternate "sunruse hell" title though. Nice use of natural light.

Artist Reply: Thank you very much for the comment. I am glad that you like the photo. it is one that I have had for quite a wile. I edited the version for a portfolio peace that made it straight. but like you I kind of like the off angle a bit. Have a great day!
