Fascinating old architechture. There is sooo much to see and photograph in Israel. The golden light from setting Sun, creating an amazing coloring & atmosphere. Beautifully captured, Nira.Delia Pacheco 19 Mar 2007

Great shots of this old fortress... Your photographs are so intriguing we felt compelled to look up Old Jaffa and read about its fascinating history. Excellent photos - Amazing old architechture! :o)Rusty Woodward-Gladdish 31 Aug 2005
Wonderfully Biblical and traditional building. A Fascinating shot. When I was a child growing up in 50s & 60s England, to have a Jaffa orange in one's Christmas stocking was considered the height of exoticism! Huge oranges with very thick peel and lovely citrus scent, we children never realised then that a 'Jaffa' was synonymous with a place in Israe!lthea walstra 31 Aug 2005
