This drawing is my first done in my new home...finished today..A latin woman of indian descent.. A small graphite drawing 4 1/2 inches by 6 inches.. Below while in progress..this drawing took 7 hours to complete.

Very bold features. The sketched in eye gives a since of movement, a work in progress. This is certainly a real person as opposed to the myriad images of the ideal Native American. The background could be jungle or uban jungle, both menacing and complex.

You have a wonderful understanding of the human face and how it is constructed. Very good work. it seems like you know what goes on underneath the shell of the face.
