Neat image, nice overlay effect. I'm presuming this is vampiric in nature, so I'd suggest changing the rosy tint of the lips to a pale, but more definitely cruel crimson hue, and then put the text in a very similar color family. I think that might creae even a little more drama, though you've done quite well on your own :-) .
