Nice layout! Very clean, and I like the uneven line you chose for the menu bar. I'm not sure how I feel about the photo in the background of this page, though. The children are so far off to the outside edge, and they're cut off, and they're leading my eye off to the right where there's nothing to see. Maybe you could think about having the background subjects focused on the text (or whatever you want the focal point of the page to be) because that will draw the viewer's eye to that place as well. Nice work, though!
