From my as-of-yet-untitled new thing... Maska, a Crowe metalsmith and one of the five people abducted and cursed by the hyaenodon primae Baorgis. Maska and four others are freed from Baorgis' influence by the macrauchenia primae Tishessi, who asks them to stop Baorgis before he destroys the world they came from. Unable to go home and cursed with the lycanthropic powers that manifest during heightened emotions, they set out to fight Baorgis and the unknown others that Tishessi could not free from the hyaenodon's control.
