The Camellia House, Wollaton Hall, Nottingham

It had been a long,hot and not very sucessful day sketching in the parkland around Wollaton Hall in Nottinghamshire. I stepped into the Camellia House to get out of the heat and began to sketch the camellias and wisteria which resulted in this pastel.
