WENDY'S CAR AFTER THE HURRICANE

This is what Wendy's car looked like after the Hurricane FRAN in North Carolina a few years back. The bottom photo has some blue on the white car. I wasn't able to remove it. How would I do that, please?

Sad situation but it made a really pretty abstract photo! The blue on the bottom is just the shadow. You can point to the blue, in photofiltre, and tell it to turn the blue a light grey or any color, for that matter. Play with the saturation bar for different levels of coverage.
