There is a nice cosmic quality here. I like the inclusion of the human element. Photoshop is whole world to itself. I live in the primitive, pre-technological era of paint and canvas. Both worlds have their charms.

A team effort - This is wonderful! Trust me, I know about these things - this piece is so illustratively strong that the two of you must pursue this type of story-telling imagery. Sorry, I haven't thoroughly read your artist bio, but I hope you are working illustrators in publication. Nice work!

Ahmad Thoriq 28 Jun 2005

this really magical and dramatical, those fire and flares really nice but it's too similar (copy and paste technic u used maybe),the lighting effect really cool there, the father act as if spelling mantra to protect his kids.. it's realy cool too, and kids amazed to what their father doing, and there is like volcano erupting or maybe fireball, but those three black spot i couldn't explain.. it's surrealistic thing..or it's just like hidden mickey mouse? Kids know that stuff that's why they looking up to it. I don't which one.. :) and those two omni spot blue and white really nice. Ground and background abolutely match for this. awesome!

Artist Reply: Thank You Ahmad...I think my Husband did use cut and paste but I am not sure...he was going for an otherworldly effect and those balls are supposed to be planets that he is showing to the kids..interesting yes hehe...thanks again :)
