This is a little waterfall I came across in Seward Alaska, it was raining lightly when I took this. I have included two images showing the mood that can be involked by using a different shutter speed when composing an image of rushing water... The Speed of the water and the shutter speed you choose can make a world of difference in the mood you wish to show of flowing water,the image in the zoomed portion is how your eye would have seen it..
