I was searching for something for a weather contest and thought I'd shoot something different. So far I have won Top Ten in the contest in Smugmug's Digital Challenge. This was taken with hand held digital in my back yard. We have had a real dry spell here in Louisiana.

I love how everything is so bland in the picture(colorwise), and then there is just 1 thing growing amongst the cracks, the one sign of life. wonderful photo!
