Love love love Mariotti's work. Anyone know of a book with his work in it? I'm in Australia but might be able to order from overseas.

Fascinating! The light is perfect and the composition is too fabulous for words. I would have this hanging in my home.

Giuseppe, Breath Taking!!! So much going on and so much to contemplate. So surrealisitc and powerful. The lighting is the best I've seen, so dramatic. I'm drawn to the source. The source of everyting as I see the light. John 1:9 Excellent job....very Classic look. Your talents are a gift!

"Moses just came back from the mountain. Looks like he brought us something..." For some reasons that's what I read here. Great painting!

Barbara Beck-Azar 24 Jun 2005

you make us all think hard about our lives through your art.. truly the masterful way you paint the subjects you think up is an inspiration to us all!

David Holcombe 24 Jun 2005

Thought provoking and technically well done. It looks like a fresco that belongs in a church. The source of light remains ambiguous, but undeniable. Wonderful range of expressions and postures.

Emily Reed 19 Jun 2005

Beautiful!

Jenny Iospa 06 Jun 2005

There is a lot on this wonderful painting to think and talk about. And the main is : Not everyone is looking forward to a light

Christine brand 06 Jun 2005

Clare Rowley 04 Jun 2005

A bit of heaven on earth.. Lighthearted?? they float... but why? A piece that speaks of something... those who came before??? your use of multiple planes is unnerving and just wonderful!

The composition is really worked out. Fiqures create a wonderful curve. Choosing to not plant each of your figures on the ground is really nice too.
