End the Illegal Occupation

Oil on Canvas 16 x 18 The painting is actually much deeper in color. Not washed out as is here.I'll try to load a better photo of it later.

Great painting technique. The lights and shadows are very dramatic. As soon as the "illegal occupation ends", that is, if America pulls out, you will see more death and destruction than ever before. They should be kissing the Americans for trying to stop the sectarian violence.

Khmer Rouge era? Very well done!

Artist Reply: Thank You! Actually it is based on a picture I found on the net and it is Iraq. I guess when it comes to occupations and war, it may very well all look the same. This piece depicts the many innocent citizens {mostly males) that have been rounded up and sent to detention camps and not charged. Best Regards, Jude Rouslin
