Painter of Passion....This is a portrait of a restoration painter in Italy, restoring the masters mural works on the walls of churches. Only a handful of artists qualify in the expertise to paint and preserve the masterpieces. I was so inspired by his story and his dedication that i needed to draw him for my own personal insight....which i gathered his passion and faith in art... Graphite/bristol/14x18.....several inches were cropped to give the best detail view.. Happy Holidays : )
