dead

I hear it's pretty common to have a camera and a fascination with dead animals. I came across this unfortunate gull laid out exactly like this, as though its final act was to become a perfect image inside my camera. I get some odd looks from the tourist standing over dead birds and jelly fish with a grin on my face.

Yep, I too have that same fascination from time to time to photograph the past on as it were.. I think it is some subconcious thing to try and make some semblance reason or peace with them.. Who really knows but if I have a camera sometimes this type of subject ends up in the viewfinder.. You did a nice job with the subject matter at hand Geri..although I know it won't be everyones cup of tea as they say..
