The Men-An-Tol stones.

Again 6" X 4" sketch from my own photos. This set of strange stones are roughly 30 minutes walk away from Lanyon Quoit. It is a mystical and very beautiful place that does not seem to get many tourist visits, and so on every visit, you have the whole site to yourself. The circular stone is one of legend; that those wishing to conceive may crawl three times through it for fertility!

I love the detail in this sketch. You have managed to imbue it with something of the atmosphere experienced whilst standing next to this ancient and mystical site. Not easy to do in a drawing.
