This painting depicts the bridge at Yonge and Bloor Streets in Toronto, which separates the upscaled Rosedale from a popular low-income neighborhood of the city. The social difference between the two neighborhood is obvious. But this bridge is the link between the two communities. A bed of flowers on the bridge path symbolizes humanity, inclusion, friendship, solidarity and empowerment despite the differences. This painting has been given for an education fundraising campaign draw.
