This is an approx 22 x 30 watercolor done also in the early 80's for my Dad. It was put together from a magazine picture, photo and imagination. Sorry it is somewhat blurry (I'm ordering a book on how to get good photos (horses name was Red - use to ride him when I was in 2nd grade) of your work - maybe that will help).

i HAD A HORSE NAMED rED ALSO, AND THIS REMINDS ME OF HIM. WE HELPED ROUND UP CATTLE FROM THE HILLS IN NAPA UNTIL HE PASSED ON AT THE AGE OF 30. tHE COWS HEAD REMINDS ME OF THE DAY WE FOUND ONE IN THE HILLS. rED WAS AN ARABIAN AND COULD GO ALL DAY. HE LOVED RIDING IN THOSE HILLS. WE.., BACK TO YOUR PAINTING I LOVE THE COLORS AND MAN WITH HIS GUN AND HIS HORSE.

terry this is great!,..i cant paint at all..not even a dog house,..its inspiring to see work like this..ive dabbled a tiny bit,..i think watercolor is the only thing i can work with at all,..its my favorite of everything ive tried so far,..take care
