Here is a photograph of two children of the woman that I met hiking in Kyushu Japan. This photograph is of her daughter who was quite curious and a smaller child. She had small baby with her as well which she posed with in another photograph. Many Japanese people at the time were not used to seeing foreigners as it was 1991 and this was a less visited island than the mainland. However, this nice woman seemed at ease and let me photograph her and her children.
