Saw this on the "favs' post. I LOVE it. The composition is so interesting and the flow of paint rocks. GREAT figurative painting, Pete.

This is beautiful...i love the abstract quality and that it takes a minute to realize what you are seeing...very nice.

I don't know if it's my study at college Pete but at last I can understand this and why I like it. I wanted to coment before but didn't know what to say :) It's those curveng sweeping lines, they are very Mattise like, and give the feeling of solid 3D form like a Henry Moore statue.

I just saw this today for the first time thanks to Wendy's post. Very nice movement and colors, less abstract than your other abstracts ;-) I like!

very interesting abstract...first it looks like colors...then some imaginative formations start coming out...then at last i can see the womans figure...very good work especially for being first attemt with oil

Hmmm Feels like a message is resting here with this passionate image... I see a woman leaning over and what appears to be water beneath her... Great first, 110th or 200th abstract... Wonderful medium... patience and determination and oils will be your best friend:o)

Biology! very similar to the vascular imagery of the male anatomy, that is what I see. desire right to the inner mechanics...Vas deferense tubular neurological...hmmmm right down to the nitty gritty. very interesting. maybe u just painted this from sheer feeling, I don't know but I read medical books n it is there in the lines n color. chuckle, nice work
