In this chess work of art, i wanted to visually show how the infinite number of moves and strategies can obstruct the thought process by representing mathematical probability in an organized yet dense way. I created a convergence between both sides of the two boards toward the middle as the pieces collide together and hands become interlocked within the pieces and contruction. The hands symbolize the required physical action necessary to generate thed esired strategy within this complex probability and outcome. The hand in the center is surrounded by the pieces and inside the box imprisoning the action side of chess within the miriads of movement. Copyright 2004 By Imaginative Pencil and myself. This puzzle-like, interlocking piece is playfully constructed, yet intense. I see you have a duad in the foreground which helps separate it from the background--great effect. Love this.Blonde Blythe 15 Feb 2005
