Beautiful soft style and contrast Barbara. I love irises. They are so exotic and elegant. The soft pastels against the stark darkness really works well for this image.
This time, the flower is the dominant image. The background is negative space, which is appropriate for such a large flower. I like the delicate shades of blue and purple in a "white" iris. Life is extraordinary, isn't it.
