To break from the tight detailed work I had been involved with I grabbed a large flat brush and worked this piece fast and loose. It was finished in abot three hours. I enjoy juxtaposing black/white with color so this statue caught my fancy. Unlike much of my work there is no deeper content. I just liked the composition.
