Wow,you don't see many of these tuberous plants ,we had one indoors ,but they are so tricky,very sensitive to light ,heat ,.moisture ,actually like Violets,,if you find that right spot,fantastic,,,you can really multiply these plants like the African Violet ,just to be able to root leaf,put it in water or sand,,,they do Alright outside if you find the perfect spot for it,,these have bulbs so make sure it's really well drained otherwise you drown them,,Like this gorgeous Beauty ,& it's Beautiful with the ruffled petals,& Spectacular center ,which really attracts our Butterflies & Honey Bees
Artist Reply: Thank you AL . Itried to grow one at home, no success GLOXINIA is a difficult plant that can not stand the lack of watering not too much watering ; Indeed GLOXINIA is from the same familiy as ST.PAULIA and exsists in pink , purple and white
