This is the 18x24 landscape oil painting I finally came up with based on my photo of the "View from my Window". I so love the lights and darks and they are so ephemeral...here one minute and gone the next...sort of like our lives on this plane, I suppose. The clouds here are hiding a taller peak. I get to look at these mountains every day in all their moods, and they've taken on a life of their own for me.
