Love the window frames on the upper balcony. The one thing id say is that the proportions need a little tinkering but that can easily be fixed with a 3D image. I like the rendering though.. and i think any problems could easily be fixed. By the way i love the glass render you have on here. oh and i agree with mr anonymous.. add a girl to the balcony. 8 for now... 10 when i check back in on you hehe. keep up the 3d.
