Oh So Sad

This is a photograph of yours truly and Emmett II, taken by my friend Jo B at Emmett Kelly, Jr's 80th Birthday Bash in Tombstone, Arizona. This is the "new" Emmett! 80 year old Emmett is retiring from clowning after a wonderful 44 year stint as the "World's Favorite Clown" but the legend will live on in his successor....Emmett Kelly, Jr. II. I was trying to look sad too...haha! He is a sweetheart and does such a great job. I got alot of photographs to work from so I will be painting for quite some time. Stay tuned for more!
