I've worked on this for weeks. I was going for a simplistic almost field-of-color approach to figurative. This is based on a simple sketch. It is an 18 by 24 inch acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas. And is, I'm guessing, Original Jones Art.
Very Good Charley ! Simple, Calming Effect of the afternoon.

Artist Reply: Thank you, Paula. I sometimes wonder if the outcome is worth the hours spent, but if some find it enjoyable then maybe it wasn't time wasted overall. Hope you are doing great. :)
The two o 'clock looks like he is watching the clock for quitting time or checking an appointment.
Artist Reply: Thanks, Stanley! I wanted to keep this one simple and primarily primary, if you get my drift. Also, his angle of declination is roughly in the 2 o'clock range, hence the reasoning behind the title. Hope you are staying creative. :)
