Captain Cosmos!!!

This is another member of the cast of my book, THE FABLED ADVENTURES OF JEBIDIAH. His name is Captain Cosmos, the semi retired founder and elder statesman of G.o.S.H. (Guild of Super Heroes), and also the propriator of Capt. Cosmos' Super Hero Bar & Grill where the heroes of Centerville meet to have a beer after work.

good job... I would have brought the head up a little so that the border did not over lap his chin though
