I think the face is very well done (as someone else said, a bit out of proportion, but not by much) and the hair is awesome... the clothes though... they need a lot of work. They are very almost bland. Try sharpening them up a bit, as the actual structure is well done. It is just the shading. Other than that, nice image.

I know I am going to get you mad at me but a well proportioned face can be divided into thirds, from the chin to the nose is one third, from the bottom of the nose to the eyebrows is another third, a it is another third to the hairline. Your face proportions is off, and if not for that this would truly be an impressive and beautiful picture, I love the background, and the pose, and everything is rendered so well

Love the face, hair and background, but the clothing needs a bit of work. Still much better than I can do. Fabulous.
