The project is a residential community beside Dongli Lake in Tianjin, a coastal city. The architectural design borrowed the residential characteristics in England, as the North Temperate Zone humid monsoon climate in Tianjin is similar to some degree to the North Temperate Zone oceanic climate in English cities. Considering the semi-public nature of this multifamily building, the stacked townhouse design inserted some modern techniques into the classical English style. This rendering adopted realistic style digital painting and heightened living atmosphere, thus fully expressing the graceful, noble, peaceful, elegant, warm and vivid characters of the improved styled English residences. The project is under construction.
