The building is located in Futian Central District of Shenzhen, with Western classical style in the design for floor plans and elevations. Based on character of the building, this rendering adopted solemn front elevation and quiet colored pen painting. On the draft with pen lines, I harmoniously used the richness and subtlety of colors to demonstrate the building’s shape, structure, texture, three-dimensional, depth and spatial senses, so as to fully create the picture’s atmosphere. The seeming light but indeed deep and intriguing artistic charm rightly manifests the building’s graceful, generous, gorgeous, noble, dignified, peaceful, elegant, and exquisite classical temperament. The preliminary design of this project won the 1st place in national PD competition in 1996. And the project was completed in 2004.
