Their smooth, simple contours against the involved background of the winter tree branches. I like doing branches and find this relaxing to render also. The colored back lighting is mine, not natures. I felt that this light would better emphasize the icicles. I'm glad that you enjoyed this particular piece. Even though I'm not a big fan of winter, I too like this one. Best regards, Will.

The icicles against the background of the winter tree was so interesting. I love doing winter trees with all the branching so obvious.
