Artist Reply: Thank you so much for your comment on my painting "FINALLY1 Finding God's Light". I've recently found a church that welcomed me with open arms. I'm teaching an art class there and they did so much for me and my family at Christmas. I painted this specifically to hang in the church. I really feel my life has been turned around. If you look closely at the "Heaven and Hell" painting you'll see that the road to hell is wide, smooth, and very attractive, while the road to heaven is a small winding road that goes up and down hills and mountains with only the illusion of God's house to lead you on. No one really thinks that the easy road will take them to hell and, frankly, I got pretty far down that road before I realized where it was taking me and turned around. I'm so glad that you can understand what I'm trying to say in my painting. Thanks again, Anne
