You see I live not far from the place -five-six hundred kilometers to the south-east. And more than that through the windows of my apartment (on the ninth storey) I could see the profile of the largest European atomic power station - the Zaporozhskaya APS. And could you believe it or not - it was built on the sand bank of the powerful Dniper river just beside another electric giant - the Zaporozhskaya Electric Power Station! That is the example of the so-called socialist state planning. So you can imagine what the local people think about while looking at the horizon in the west...
